Cold Pressed oil means, oil extracted naturally by just pressing and NOT applying any external heat to extract oil. Oil Seeds are crushed to extract oil naturally in small batches. The natural process retains all nutrients and flavor . “Chekku”, “Ghani” and “Kolhu” oil are some colloquial words used in India to describe Cold Pressed Oil.
At Paramparaproducts, we follow the Traditional Indian method, Ghani , on obtaining Oils through pressing high Quality nuts & seeds . We are also very particular in maintaining upmost hygiene and cleanliness in our oil mills.
