CANCELLATION :-
- Cancellation will be considered only if the request is made within the same day of placing an order. Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled in case product is already shipped / Process of stitching
RETURN :-
You are eligible for refund in the following cases:
- In case a parcel is lost in transit or was returned due to the issue from the logistics side.
- If Product is out of stock, out of boundary, cannot be delivered or shipped due to any other reasons.
- In the event of an incorrect order being delivered
- In the event of a product being damaged which is highly unlikely. Suggest to take video while opening the Parcel .
Having been a loyal consumer of Traditional Products , Please note that we do not encourage the type of shopping where more than one item is purchased with the intent of trying them on and keeping just one. Where we believe a customer is ordering multiple items with the intention of returning the item orders may not ship and may be cancelled at our discretion.
You are NOT eligible for refund in the following cases:
- All returns are subject to the details provided in the product description page and other Sections of this policy.Incorrect variety or quantity placed by the customer and the product is already shipped / Process of stitching.
- Customer refused to accept for reasons other than damage.
- There will be no refund of shipping costs especially if the product is returned and rejected by customers or because of failed delivery. If the product is returned, all costs are refunded except shipping.
